Sam Hendry is a trail runner, Nordic skier, and new member of The Trail Team. He grew up in Canada’s Rocky Mountains and is now living in Salt Lake City while he skies for the University of Utah. We talk about balancing high performance in skiing and running simultaneously. As Sam pursues trail running at the elite level, he talks about the role of social media for securing sponsorships and sharing stories and advice.
