About this episode

This episode is with Tony DiPasquale: dog parent, ultra trail runner, lover of all things outdoors. An established content creator, photographer, and videographer, Tony took a leap of faith in pursuing his passion for his profession, hence why he is now better known as “Tony with a Sony”. Tony currently resides in San Francisco, but is a proud New Englander at heart who credits the November Project in Boston with his start in running.

In this episode we talk about:

  • evolving friendships throughout life
  • creating community and belonging by prioritizing diversity and representation
  • risk assessment in pursuit of fulfillment
  • the process of turning a passion into a profession
  • running to benefit others: from group run leader to photographer
